Platform role
Ambition provides software and operational tooling for branded telehealth programs, including intake, provider-network routing, 503A pharmacy routing, compliance workflows, payments, patient operations, and audit evidence.
Clinical decisions are made by licensed providers. Prescriptions, when clinically appropriate, are fulfilled by licensed pharmacies. Ambition does not guarantee clinical outcomes, prescriptions, approvals, payment acceptance, advertising acceptance, or regulatory review outcomes.
Operator responsibilities
Operators are responsible for their brand, marketing, legal review, clinical partner agreements, pharmacy partner agreements, payment processor relationships, patient support obligations, applicable licenses, taxes, and regulatory compliance.
- Do not submit protected health information through public forms or prototype flows.
- Do not represent Ambition as a medical provider, pharmacy, or guarantor of prescriptions.
- Do not publish healthcare claims without appropriate legal, clinical, and platform review.
